OK I know this is not the right place to post this but I am getting so frustrated with support that I hope by posting something here you will do something!
My OCD is raging at the moment and this game gives me a lot of respite by enabling me to concentrate on something, but my inventory is all over the place and just being in mechbay is painful to me ( yes I know I'm f***** mad ). Please support, delete my account and the email address associated with it and enable me to start with a clean mechbay. I don't give a rats bottom about the money linked to the account. I just need a clean mechbay. If you need formal written proof to cover your selves legally please email me .

Why not just create a second account? Or go through your inventory and sell whatever it is you don't want any more?

That he's compulsively obsessive. It's right there in 'OCD'. I imagine that merely knowing the other account is there with an apparently-disorganised inventory is going to play on his mind.

Ouch. That sounds very annoying and frustrating. I dont think deleting the accoutn will help with the symptoms... It might make it worse come to think about it (Something on the lines that you know the stuff is disorganised but there being no possibility to change this).
Seriously, the best option you might have is to log in on a friends computer (or get this friend to you) and let him/her delete the clutterage with you there to coordinate what should go and what not. That way you can see it being done and know that it is 100% not available any more. Hope that helps with the trigger.
