Trying out this new Win 8 computer, I have problems on the forum not seen on the old one.

Copy & Paste is not working, I usually type some messages in Notepad before logging in then C&P them where they need to go but it does not seem to work now.

Tried using Quote & Multi-Quote but neither of those work.

When I type, it seems certain keystrokes are not registered resulting in missing letters, characters and spaces.

Ran into some similar problems on another forum, using the default keyboard that I think may be issue. Anyone ever have something similar?

Yes. You are using a new version of IE. Newer versions of IE aren't compatible with universal internet standards.

Use Firefox, Chrome, or Opera, and you will have a much better experience.

I believe its a feature on IE to block certain websites from accessing your data that way. All you do is hit the clipboard 3rd from the left on your MW chat box and it will ask you to allow you to use the Copy and Paste with this website. I use IE on widows 8.1 and never had a issue. Even though I occasionally use Firefox..

Press the light switch in the top left of reply box and you will be able quote, copy/paste and the typing lag will go away
