Tickets Not Being Submited

Hi guys, this a pretty simple one. Ive been trying to submit a ticket regarding a website issue and they are not being updated on my list. It says it has been submited, but never get to be on the ticket list, nor I get any response (probably they are not even being sent)
I tried to sent it last week, and again this week.

Ive submited tickets before and have received answers.

I have the same exact problem it use to work..... I don't know why its stopped.

If you are using the website ticket system and experience problems with it, you can send a mail directly to support. The adress is support@mwomercs.com.

You will get an automated response with your ticket number.

Seconding this - as the PC I usually borrow to browse the internet on - is not the one I play on, and unless I manually enter Email through my own program, it autosets it to theirs as the sender (And goes to their inbox)

As you can probably imagine, that has caused problems. :wacko:
