Some people consider the Banshee E (3ac5, (4ml or 2ll)) to be Tier 1
STD engine for brawling + 2 shield arms.

What more could you want?

Some people considered the T-bolts to be near the top of the pile for IS heavy also. Tryhards said they were tier 5. Thank you tryhards, for getting PGI to put mega quirks onto said mechs.

I really think I will be picking up Banshee as next IS assault. Need to master a few more mediums though that I have had around for a long while.
