Being inspired by SpOoKy777's thread (no idea how to link to it), I tried to recreate my hunchie. I have only been using Skecthup for nine months and Vue 3d for three. So I come nowhere close to what Spooky achieves. Still it was an interesting project and I learned a lot (should I ever want to move on and design 'mechs for a living!).

The chest could need some depth, it's a bit flat, and you got some sharp angles in some places, but otherwise it's pretty good. The palms in the foreground in the first pic make it look quite intimidating.

It looks good. A small thing when it comes to 3D modeling though is: Never have a 90 degree Angle. Not if it's going to be shown.

Instead chamber or 45 your corners slightly. The light will bounce off them giving you a very solid edges and over all your model's aesthetic will improve.

Many thanks to posting your comments, Carrioncrows and Zagibu. I am working on a CDA and I am trying to go for softer edges. Thank you for taking the time.
