I have tried twice way earlier this morning in normal hours and do not even have a ticket from my support request. is this normal or is this a bug?

I really don't want to spam anyone but it is day 2 and i have no support even ticket showing. Should I re submit or what?

I just stumbled across this when I was looking for a place to put my own post, for the same problem.
Support tickets disappear. Don't know why. I have also tried numerous times.
