I am very new to MechWarrior and pvp.So far I am overwhelmed by how polite and nice everyone is, it's even tamer than Canada!
(Keep calm, I am Canadian).
I have read and listened to as many guides/videos/tutorials as I could digest and I have played my cadet games plus some more in my HBK-4SP, without seeing any great improvement.
I have the feeling I could learn much more from actual gameplay within a hepful group who knows some of the ropes. (All I have learned from PUGs is not how to die horribly in the first three minutes one match out of four, and that's mostly luck).
Please help me out of this PUG chaos. I want to learn and have fun.

Please understand that this is not the forum to get recruited.
If you are looking for a unit to play with there are several forums you can take a look at.
- The house forums: Representing the units of the various inner sphere factions of the battletech universe.
- The clan forums: Representing returning defectors on a crusade to free the inner sphere, known as The Clans.
- The mercenaries: Fighting for the highest bidder or for personal fame.
If you don't want to look yourself, but instead want to get scouted, you can create a post in the hiring hall.
With that said, I'm closing here!
