I dont think we're going to see more clan mechs. Most of them are already junky when you compare them to IS with IS pin point weapons. . What i see happening is more of the same. Everyone will pilot the same "good" IS mechs and clan pilots will use the few good clan mechs.

You already have the best quirk in the game.
-50% damage registration from incoming shots.
There's a reason I started doing the "#itsalwaysaspider towards the end of a game, being it's often the last mech alive, and takes everybody forever to kill it because of its warped hitboxes and lag shield.
