When is the premium time from packs itself and from early bird booking going to be added to your premium time total?

Dec 16th if I am reading things correctly in the FAQ.
It talks about the mech deliveries then goes on to say all other content to be delivered Dec 16th so I am assuming that includes the premium time.

I purchased clan wave II pack and have been using the premium time from that for two weeks already. It might be there already for you to use. Just click "activate"
