Thrustmaster T.16 for me. Lots of people hate on joysticks, but I'm plenty accurate with mine.

Me and my baby here have been through so many games (MechWarrior 4, X-wing, Battlestation:Pacific, Battlefield [2,3,2142], Operation Flashpoint, Arma, IL-2 Sturmovik, Lock-on etc.) that I can't imagine playing MWO in any other way

Same Chief! Just got a Logitech G13 too so will see how that performs. Does quite well in MWLL at the moment.

mouse and keyboard. may not be the most ergonomic or realistic to the mech setting but it's what i've always used for everything. nothing beats the precision

Planning to start with my old Cougar HOTAS and pedals and either grab a Warthog as funds allow or possibly switch to two T.16000M's. Gotta wait and see if they let me control my arms or not first.

I will use M+K because I don't have joystick, but I imagine that mouse + joystick would be awsome! :)

Dude, just found out I can use my Steel Battalion controller with Windows. Looks like I'm gonna give that a try.

I would like to first be able to confirm that the joystick is out. At which point, I'd pick it up, sure. Personally, I think it'd be better suited to being a throttle instead of that number pad, though. Likewise, if it came with some pedals, that would be handy.

Until then, Mouse and Key is my system of choice.

It'd be really sweet if this joystick got mapped to also run with retro Mechwarrior versions, as well. If we could get it to work with Dosbox so I could use it with Mechwarrior 2 Mercenaries? Oh my.

I don't know yet. Alhtough i imagine i will be using a mouse and keyboard originally. I don't know hwta configurations will be possible but i will try and get myself a joystick to try it out.
Can you use both at once? joystick for movement and mouse for torso control, aiming?
