Give us a simple Scenario builder for Private Match. Allow us to:

1. Set Spawn Point locations
2. Set Capture Point locations
3. Set Turret locations
4. Save our custom scenario/map to the server and offer it to others to play

This should be simple to program as it does not require any new base functionality. It would give us a chance to use our creativity to build lore based challenges and scenarios to run with our friends or just private groups.

If successful PGI could enhance it fantastically by adding mobile AI elements like tanks, infantry, helicopters, jets, and gunboats. How cool would that be? Users could really create some fun, fun scenarios and share them with one another.

I love the idea, but how would we decide what kind of map we should play? More queues?

No, this would be only available in private matches to start, so someone creates the scenario. They start by choosing the map. They choose all the elements they want to put on it, etc. etc.

For example; choose Tourmaline Desert, put a single base in the caldera surrounded by a butt load of turrets, and give the attackers 12 mechs and the defenders 4. Play it. If it's imbalanced just make changes until it's balanced and fun. Then post it to some kind of forum list so anyone else that wants to play it can. Easy peasy.

No, it would just require putting development tools in the hands of players. Might happen eventually, but not any time soon.
