Looks pretty easy when no one twists and stand still/move in a direct line away. Seems to be a common problem when I'm on the receiving end of the 6 uac5, most people run back into cover letting the whale suppress multiple people instead of twisting that damage while a bunch of teammates shoot back.

I try to twist damage... Teammates still don't shoot back... and it still leads to dead.

(Though surprise attacks on them tend to work)

You can hardly even see where you are twisting with the amount of explosions, and even then the insane dps wil shred you. Highest DPS in the game, stunlocking, and a XL-safe 100ton mech with a lot of armor. Dire's are still broken.

Dakka and Kill are synonyms.

I wouldn't go as far to say broken, if the Direwolf didn't have builds good at shooting, they wouldn't have much going for them at all. The build looks ridiculously OP when it's shredding mech who are out of position but Direwhales look ridiculously UP when a decently mobile mech gets the drop on them.

IMO it's a little bit too powerful, maybe, but most of the feelings of OP-ness comes from the synergy between the average pilot behavior and having lots of guns.

Extremes are good, they make play more diverse.

Its the stunlock from those UAC-shells that is annoying, thats about it,it will run out of ammo quickly and will get outgunned by quirked IS dakkamechs.
The 4-6 uac5 is just for trolling, hardly effective by any means.

4 uac10:s on the other hand is much much better.

DW catches you infront and on open ground, and youre dead. Best chance is to get it from multiple angles with fast, mobile mechs or use massed firepower if the DW has been separated.

Look at your minimap to steer and twist/shield when your screen is being rocked by weapons impacts.
