I am having an issue with my setup where my GPUs do not seem to be splitting the load between them. I am only having this issue with MWO, on Borderlands TPS and Wolfenstein The New Order the load is equally balanced between both cards. When I launch into a game in MWO 1 card goes to 98 percent usage and the other stays at zero. Looking for any thoughts and ideas as to why this is happening.

My current setup is as follows:
ASUS X99 Deluxe Motherboard
Intel Core i7 5930k
16GB RAM
2x MSI GTX680 Lighting Video Cards
Windows 8.1 Pro

Client Settings

resolution 1920x1080
Full Screen
DX11
Motion blur off
v-sync off
damage glow off
AA off

Your name gave me some nice Wing Commander nostalgia :D

SLI works fine* for me with the same settings on 2 970s.

The only thing I can think of is using DDU to get rid of your current drivers, then installing 344.65 again (or at least 344.48 which was when the SLI driver profile as added)

*It works, it could be better but at least the load is spread

I actually got it to work once I restarted the computer and the disabled and re-enabled SLI, the only issue I get now is when I am in the mech lab, the mech I have selected blinks on the screen, gameplay isn't effected from what I can tell, just the mech lab.

PS: Wing Commander was on of the first PC games I ever played, love it.

Its a common bug atm, but as you say in game is fine.

I played WC1 by exchanging 8 3.5" disks!
