Wasn't too sure where to put this, but anyway. I gain an easy 15-20 fps just by turning off the HUD in game.

This must be the first game I have ever played where the HUD actually decreases performance by a huge margin.

Is there any ETA or update from PGI as to when game optimizations will get rolling?

I posted about this a while ago. Would be nice to not having HUD's robbing me a decent chunk of FPS as well.
