Greetings MechWarriors,
We'll be sending out a very small hot fix at 9PM PST / 5AM UTC tonight to resolve an issue where Attacker wins were able to exceed more than 11 wins. This fix should have no affect on server status.
Just wanted to give everyone a head's up!
Now that that's over with...how goes your first day with Community Warfare?! We know, it's a little rocky here and there, but more fixes are coming!

I was astonished that it came early although in retreospect last weeks 500Mb+ patch was a bit of a give away.

Of the 2 games that made me late for work this morning I was quite impressed. I spent the first part watching dropships com and go.

Excellent job for all involved.

Oh and after a 3 year wait thank you so much!

Thank you for releasing this a bit early. Bugs suck, but there are bound to be a few.

Awesome. Played three matches so far. All very fun. Attack is difficult, as promised - I like it!
Even though there is the bogeyman of no ELO and anticipated stompfests, I find that one can get a bit of an advantage going with defense, or one can make it a bit more difficult with the attack option. Something for everyone. I'm looking forward to seeing how it progresses. Only a few minor graphics bugs and possible things to tweak (e.g., randomize dropship spawns, at least for defenders, to reduce camping). Easily better than anticipated. I'm hoping that some new attack/defend objectives are developed and thrown in the mix as time goes on.

Two thumbs up.

Bug to investgate. I accepted a cotract to defend Apollo. When th match started, my team ended up being the attacker. What's up whith that?

OK, figured out what was going on.

Counter Attack match. Even though Steiner still held the planet, there will be some back and forth Attack, Defend for both the attacker and defender.

So, you might be defending the planet from invasion, but attacking an insurgent stronghold.

I've played 3 matches so far. It's really fun except that my framerate drops by about 20 FPS during fights and the clans have won all 3 games.

I've had horrid desync and lag with it so far. Ran the repair tool and set all my video settings to low with no effect when I normally run the game on med settings.

If you look, it likely said Counter-attack.

It said we had to defend the cannon though, it was odd. I had the same issue.

We got rolled. Badly. Had a 12 man all on coms vs a 4-6 group hodge podge, On the winter map, you can get hit by the dropships while trying to get to the cannon, its got like 6 turrets right there. Not sure if it was because I was due to clans, or due to being an attacker. Them map seemed more difficult than the enemies.

Also, my cockpit display kept dissapearing and reappearing in game, and frame rates drop to almost unplayable regularly.

Your defending the planet from its attacking defenders that are defending themselves from the attacking defenders? Idk.. :huh:

Is the Ceasefire in prep for the update?

I was in a match, crashed with a memory allocation error, then when I attempted to rejoin, it tried to launch a regular non-CW search for me.

FPS is atrocious with this patch. I attribute it to all the things you guys fixed... hopefully something is done soon. I've never had any FPS issues up to this point. Gonna try repairing just to see if it helps.

Same goes for the Rank1&2 Cbill bonus. I saw that I got it but my Cbill balance didn't change.

Me, and a few of my fellow lance mates, found on bug where if we turned our torso to the right or left, the entirety of our hud, and the mech itself, disappeared.

So... CW is broken? Can't seem to launch a match... selected a planet... nothing happens... can't even select Mechs... umm hotfix this **** plz lol

The No. 1 priority, I think, is getting the lobby to display who is in it.

Wait times are totally unacceptable, and a constant revolving door of people arriving, waiting, giving up and leaving may be to blame.

FPS also took a huge hit. I went from 40-60 FPS on maximum settings to 20 FPS on medium.
