The Brethren held down the Kurita front last night. Don't say a pirate never did you any favors. :D

The military intelligence service sent us this new specific report about the military actions of our force in the past 28 hours.

Specific Steiner report Day 4
Whew, this day looks a lot better. Our forces have averted further damage to our beloved commonwealth. There is no splendid win of territories but there is also no severe loss. We express our deep gratitude to the Skye Rangers of Terra and the 12th Donegal Guards.
Steiner won territory against Kurita.
Steiner won territory against FRR (south part of the front).
Steiner lost territory against the Clan Jade Falcons.
Steiner lost territory against FRR (middle part of the front).

We won the following planets:
Skondia (occupying unit: SRoT)
Al Hillah (occupying unit: 12DG)

We lost the following planets:
Winfield and Bessarabia

These are the details.

Defense report
Those planets are fiercely embattled:
  • Trell I
  • Chateau
  • Kobe
  • Lambrecht
  • New Earth
  • Callison

Offense report
We are attacking the following planets:
  • Somerset
  • Icar
  • Csesztreg
  • Rastaban
  • Shionoha
  • Graham IV
  • Wing

Steiner Intelligence Service advice for today
It's time to turn the tables. Steiner forces are working more effective with every hour. Try to avoid every loss of our territory. We have effective units out there to conquer planets. If there are attacks, we should focus on a few targets, not that much.
For the Archon!

***

I quit posting the details for defense and offense report because it's easy to see the status of the battle. It's too much work for every day. I will focus on the main information. Thanks for supporting this thread.

IIRC, for some reason FRR started with Tamar, even though it's a Lyran world.

The united leadership of The Federated Suns deeply regrets the incursion at Rigil Kentarus on Friday, 12 December 3049. This was not an authorized action by AFFS units.

In the wake of this event, we believe that it is best for the people of Rigil Kentarus to remain under the rule of House Davion, as any further warring over that world will only destroy vital infrastructure necessary to their quality of life.

The rogue units in question have been brought into line, and you will note the relative peace on the nearby world New Earth. That is intentional.

We welcome the opportunity for cooperation between our two Great Houses, united by marriage, bonded by blood. Our autocannons rest only when they point toward Lyran space.

Major StillRadioactive,

22nd Argyle Lancers

Armed Forces, Federated Suns

For real though, guys... we have 13 queues and you have 14. Time to start putting some of them off-limits, don't you think?

This Sir is an insult!

You regret the act of treachery committed by your rogues but still want to profit by wronging us?

I don´t believe it´s the best for the people of Rigil Kentarus to remain under Davion usurpation - all they want is to be reunited with their beloved Archon.
You pretend the rogues are under control but still point out heavy losses in infrastructure and citizens in case of a takeover by rightful owners?

Meanwhile her Majesty can not travel through Steiner territory all the way when visiting Terra. The 12th of December has shown clearly how much we can rely on Davion honor.

I myself would sleep better not constantly worrying about further "rogues" remaining under the banner of the AFFS.

I despise the Vikings for not being loyal to the Archon.
I hate the Kuritans - because of their existence.
I hate the Marik for profiting of the Invasion and plundering our southern borders.
I hate the pirates calling themselves Clans for invading our north.

But all this hate glows dim compared to my hatred of fake friends.

Dont try to fool us AGAIN - hand back what was unrightfully taken from us!

No, for real though... we're not attacking you for a reason.

And we'd consider giving Rigil Kentarus back if we could, but we don't control which planets are open. Can't give a planet back if it's not contested.

I hate political speaches and such strange long-languaged textes... So, why don't just say?

"We will give, this planet back, as soon as, it will be open for contests!"

It would be a clear and simply speach.. Right?

Sorry, but I must say, this [KH] guys sent a Pilot (me!), who can't even properly drive a Mech, with an XL-LRM-Boat in the first line to direct Basis Push... 3 times in row!

You can guess, who don't had that 80 point? 3 times!

Yeah, I remember you. You dropped with one of our 9-mans and when we told everyone where we'd be pushing your response was "But they'll shoot me!"

And you were serious. When you're running in successive waves to accomplish an objective, MECHS ARE GOING TO DIE. After it became apparent that all you wanted to do was hang out in the back and snipe to try and rack up C-Bills rather than pushing with the team we just decided to ignore you entirely.

Edit: Sorry Catalina. This thread is cool, and not the place for this. Strikethru initiated. Moar battle updates!

Would love to hold onto Persistence if we can. We spent tonight throwing ourselves at Butler. Limited success. Brawling seems to be a legitimate tactic again. Those new generators are pretty weak, but a pain to get to.

Military intelligence service summary report of the last nine days of the Clan Invasion.

Data don't lie. The past nine days were full of deprivation and severe defeats. Certainly we won planets but we lost even more of them.

We won 7 planets altogether(Rastaban and Port Moseby are lost again)
So 5 planets are still Steiner territory.
Kimball II, Komephoros, Skondia, Al Hillah and Persistence

We lost 18 planets altogether (two of them were successfully conquered at Day 1). So we lost 16 planets of our former territory before the Clan Invasion started.
Apollo, Rastaban, Port Moseby, Rigil Kentarus, Loric, Somerset, Shaula, Wing, Winfield, Bessarabia, Trell I, Butler, Suk II, Domain, Marcus, Maxie's Planet, Romulus and Accrington.

We lost most of our planets to FRR and Clan Jade Falcon. So the main order is to prevent territory loss to these two factions. We already turned the table, times of sufferings came to an end. Now it's time to show our enemies the true strengths of House Steiner: patience, endurance and pure superiority.
