Right now I am digging throught the possibilities and they seem almost endless.
I tried using a "concentration/focused" combination of sounds (that stimulate your brainwaves) and I don't know if I just feel it because I want to, but I was abled to concentrate on the book I was reading much more.
I even tried some "fear" settings and I started to feel pretty uncomfortable.
You can even use this site to create so called white noises, that can be used to key out noises in your room that you may find annoying. Just like an ambient silencing pair of headphones.
