I joined Hackworth's Rangers because:

• the players are good, without being arrogant
  
• the drop commanders are smart, know how to win matches, and put time into developing winning strategies
  
• the team executes strategies together to win together, without being overly regimented
  
• the teammembers are friends, enjoy each others' company, and have fun while they're playing

More generally: nice guys, committed to the game, but not slaves to it. Hackworth's Rangers is a nice middle ground between the relentless practice sessions of a "pro" team, and the undisciplined derp of casual players.
