***** ATTENTION *****

Those who only wish to partake in IS vs IS fighting PLEASE coordinate this with the rest of your Faction and 'Enemy' Faction.

Im sure some planets can be set aside WAY THE HELL AWAY from the IS vs Clan ACTION !!!!

We currently have 1 Map for essentially 2 different games. DONT BE A SCRUB!!! Talk it out, fight it out, hug it out.

If FRR units and Kurita units want to fight and dont care about the invading Clan Barbarians BREATHING DOWN OUR NECKS :P PLEASE do coordinate it with the rest of your Faction AND the faction you wish to do battle with.
INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Get your unit.

2. POST on your Faction Thread and make sure its cool with everyone.

3. GO TO ENEMY FACTION FORUM: CALL THEM OUT for IS vs IS only action. Use your Lore knowledge and talk the smack you want to.

4. AGREE on Planets that wont affect INVASION Warfare
Use planets closer to Terra. (both sides)MAKE SURE their Units fighting the Clans are cool with the arrangement.

Rinse/Repeat as needed until PGI has a better plan.

EZ PZ

Thanks

Why? Isn't it just perfectly fine that infighting among the IS factions weakens their defence against the clans?

Lols.

Unity? Big deal. My secret goal is to get people to unify not against the clans but rather to cut down on forum QQ about "He hit me first".
We need to keep QQ about LRM and ECM after all...

I sort of chuckle at the idea that we have a game based on giant stompy robots invading planets and then shooting the hell out of each other, and people are complaining about being invaded. What did they think the robots were for? Tea parties?

*Imaging mechs made for tea parties* Thats just plain out disturbing!

I think there should be Versuses wherever fits either being IS vs IS, Clan vs Clan, Is vs Clan. Its all dynamic which makes it that much more interesting.

But what if we want to play IS factions and take our vengeance upon them for some strange reason.

I'm sort of confused by the Ghost Bear OP claiming to be a member of the IS.

My Unit, which is awesome BTW, switched factions. Was FRR, now CGB. Confused? Nah, I like both FRR and CGB(yay Dominion), but others wanna move around and 'sample the deli tray'.

For CW, PGI needs to find incentives to make people stay and MAYBE find a way to use 1 map to fit 2 scenarios: caln invasion and Succession Wars(or whatever IS vs IS wants...).

The point of CW was to let the fate of the IS end up in the hands of the players. Our version of the Clan Invasion is clearly a version where instead of banding together to fight the invaders the members of the IS take out the knives and start stabbing each other as hard as they can.

Solution: 3039 CW map with no clans and a 3050 map (focused only in the upper IS) with clans.

Only thing is nobody would play the 3050 map as the IS and PGI knows it.

What difference does it make where IS v Is fights happen? At the end the planet is in IS hands. If PGI makes a planet open to clan attack the current IS owner does not matter. And any IS faction can launch attack or defend against Clan foes so it doesn't matter of you lose a planet on your clan border to another IS unit - you can still help defend it.
