They are a Canadian company, but I guess most players are in the states. That or PayPal is the one making the restriction.

I hope PGI is working on something for other countries (cause I can't get this deal), and please tell us you are trying to do something, silence is not a good communication strategy for a game based on community.

I am disappointed that this is again restricted to the US, but I am not surprised since that is where the majority of the players are.

is there something bad about Karma Koin I am not familiar with?

Anyway I would be more interested in using this to buy collections than MC if I were going to do it. But I probably won't because poor graduate student.

PS with the holidays there are a lot of other contenders who want my money, but my first pick is PGI, but dont wait too long. I can only spend it once

I do appreciate that you guys are looking into it and I understand that this is more than likely a restriction by the Paypal Digital Gift Store. I also see that the only offering on the Canadian Paypal Digital Gift Store is iTunes codes. My suggestion is that to avoid player resentment, that you work with vendor options that are available to your entire player base. Just a thought.

How about a holiday sale that PGI themselves do? That way people from europe are encouraged to drop some money too...

I think this is a great promotion and took advantage of it three times already - getting the Catapult and an extra jenner for myself and the Jenner for my son. I have a friend just getting into the game, and he is going to do the $100 deal and earn himself a free Hunchback Bundle - how awesome is that?

However, PGI should really work with vendors in other parts of the world so they can take advantage of these or similar great deals... I have confidence that they will pull it off, especially with the support they have been puttting into the game recently!

Just an FYI... if you purchase multiple Tiers of the same(for example... two 100 hundred MC packs) then you will receive 2 Hunchback Mastery Bundles (which means you get 6 Mechs (2 of which are the Hero Grid Iron),6 mech bays for all 6 mechs, 60 days total Premium Time, and 2 Hunchback Statues). I can confirm this.

Snubbing a large part of your customer base is not very smart. Specially when your a foreign company and you snub your own fellow countrymen. Way to go PGI. You must have a lot of IGP in you.

This is a bit harsh.
They've stated it's a restriction imposed by paypal and they're looking options for other areas.

Yes it'd be nice if it applied to the rest of us.

I like the MWO mug and wanted another.

On the other hand - that's a lot of money that PGI hasn't gained because of the restriction, I doubt they'd deliberately or intentionally stop people giving them money, it's just the opportunity they had and took.

Or you could give non-US MC buyers those rewards, you can if you want to
