So my C: drive is full but i want to install it on my E: drive how do i do this

Simply download it to the E drive in whatever directory you want. No different that other programs in that regard, I think. It's been a while since I installed MWO, but I remember doing it, so it can't be hard.

Download fresh or copy your current install from C: to E: and run the MWOClient.exe letting it fix the registry and missing dependencies, that worked for all my previous installs on both Win7 and Linux to lesser degrees.

alternatively
if you already have the game installed and want to move installation without re-downloading everything:
go to get creative
- move the content of you're folder (so the files are save)
- de-install the game
- download installer
- open installer, hit custom, install to E:
- after installer is finished put the "old" files into the new folder in E:
- should work without giving you trouble

Windows 7 is on H:\Games\Mechwarrior Online
windows 10 on C:\Games\Mechwarrior Online
both have they're own installed versions of MWO
damn Samsung for making SSD's that hold so long
