Sir blake "The time is now. We implore all those residing in clan territory to attack from within. Leaders of every house, end your quarrel with your brothers and unite against the clans. We grow by day."

Point is merc units are have started a war between wolf and bear and will continue to do so. Now is the time to attack the clans. You have the help of some huge units.

So... mercs joined the clans and created civil discord with the intention of weakening them for the IS? Nice.

What actually happened is some wannabe made an amateur hour video, no war was started between CW and CGB (we've been helping in the mutual defense of our planets actually), and every elite merc unit successfully queue dodged each other once again by joining FRR and Steiner.

Sorry guys. Musical Chair Mercenaries ftw. It will change again next week. As for now, Clans get to defend for once.

Mercs attacked Wolf. Wolf talked smack and attacked Ghost Bear. They went back and forth. a major alliance moved against the clans to push them back. More mercs were hired to attack the clans from within the clans to keep them distracted.

More to the point, the Clans got within striking distance of Twycross and got beaten down - badly, all along the border. Badly and repeatedly in what is likely to be the next 3 weeks (or more) of the life of a Clanner - queue up, get stomped.

It feels great knowing that all the big bad guns for hire felt it necessary to band together to halt the clans, you give us much honour :)

I agree with Poptimus. All it took was all the major competitive merc groups joining 2 IS factions and coordinating their efforts, with insurgents taking clan contracts, to capture a handful of planets. GJ guys.
