As you can probably see, I have the Phoenix Guardian Tag set in my profile, however, this tag does not show up in regular (non-CW) queue matches. I went into a CW match the other day and it showed my Guardian tag and I thought it was just a timing glitch, but whenever I go into the non-CW games I just get the non-descript white silhouette tag instead. Am I supposed to be doing something I'm not, or is this a bug? I see other people with Phoenix and Founder tags, so I must be doing something wrong.

But it shows up in normal matches? That's weird. Probably a bug. I haven't paid attention to the tags in CW tbh.

It seems to be a bit random for me too. Playing last night my Phoenix tag would sometimes show up, sometimes not.

All non-CW matches.

No, no, it shows up in CW matches, but NOT in the regular NON-CW matches.

Double check settings, and see if you have checked the box "show phoenix tag"

Now that you mention it, I think I did notice this. Seems to have occured the same patch as CW.

Ah, I see what people meant now. There's an option IN-GAME to enable the icon. I checked it and now it's showing up. Thanks!

Hah! I'd been wondering about that for months as well, but have been too lazy to really check into it.

I have the same problem.
In Setting I check the box for Phoenix tag, but after a couple of matches the box is empty again.

I don't remember which setting file you should delete to fix this.
