Secondly roasted corn is amazing. Take 2 dozen, soak them in water for maybe 30 minutes, then throw them onto a wood-fueled grill. Letting them soak lets the temperature change at a slower rate and prevents blackening any of your kernels. I think I flip mine about every 9 minutes, depending on the heat of the fire...just long enough to let the bottom husk get a little crispy
