Any one have an clue as to how many poele we will be able to have in our merc corps.

Haven't heard any indication that there will or won't be a limitation. Hopefully they don't limit us too much.

So far they have only mentioned a minimum, but no maximum.

Sorry for my ignorance but what is the minimum? 12? Or is one lance enough?

No clue, they haven't said that either, just that it would be higher initially and eventually, over time, they may drop it down.

I'd say 12 is a likely number.

That's actually exactly what they don't want, they don't want a million merc units. So I'd say 4 would be too low of a guess, 8 is a possibility, but I'm banking on 12.
