First of all, I want to thank Alistair Winter for his work on making the MWO mechs into these adorable little sprites. It's only with painstaking effort that you can take something as sophisticated as an MWO mech and paint it one pixel at a time into a 70x70 piece of art that captures the essence and character of the source material.

As Alistair is a busy man, he has resolved to ensuring that all MWO mechs get his pixel-y treatment, but he doesn't have the time to do many other mechs that have yet to be introduced to MWO or never will be incorporated due to legal or timeline issues.

So with him as inspiration, I've picked up the hobby as well and am making it my mission to include as many other Battletech mechs into the pixelated library as I can. Not all of my creations are as elegant, but I try my best at emulating Alistair's style so that they all match.

If your favourite mech -is- here, do copy it into your forum signature as you see fit! (please use .gif or .png format and upload to a website that preserves this format, otherwise the image quality is lost) If you're not that great at creating forum signatures, do let me know, I can put one together for you!

Do provide feedback and criticism! I'm always trying to improve at this, it's a really subtle art.

Lastly, some mechs are here that are also in MWO because I made them before they were announced or released as MWO mechs. Since they are in the game, go check out Alistair's threads above, because he will have added them and they'll be more accurate to MWO's style. (note: as of this post, 24.1.2015, he hasn't finished Wave 2, crab, or urbie. They're coming!)

Please request colours or combinations of colours! I can do custom camos, canon camos, your unit colours, or any of the colours Alistair Winter used (he provides a lot of options, so go look). =]

These are nice! Really good work. As you said, since my favorite isn't here, I'll let you know, but it's a bit... messy. It's the Blood Kite. Not too often is it heard mentioned, but it is the epitome of a bundle of weapons with legs. (I'm actually not sure where the cockpit is even...)

I found the cockpit, so I got past the first step! Yeah, it'll be a challenge, but I'll try my best at it!

Also, these look pretty good, when I finally stop getting error messages when setting up a signature with a picture I may use some of these

Hello Tarogato, huge fan of pixel mechs.
I was wondering if you might be willing to give the Mongoose a shot?
I've always been partial to the angular-looking one from the card game
