[Phoenix Gray]

My MWO homepage has been "refreshing data" for about 15 minutes now. Is it frozen or is something huge coming in?

usually when it says redeeming, reloading data, or what ever for more then a minute or two you normally need to reboot your game.

I've did that 6 times already. game unplayable for me because it does it after each game.

In the patch feedback, there's something about a recurring issue where some players are unable to get past that stage due to it locking up or disconnecting during it.

A possible solution is to click on the various tabs at the top (which tricks the game into refreshing for real after it 'clogged' during the redeeming refresh).

This assumes it was related to the mercenary event or a community warfare issue which has the "redeeming items" on the blue window (such as you ranked up in the faction).

If this is in regards to the Resistance Pack or Urbanmech redemptions where it just says redeeming items in a black fade or "refreshing" in a black fade, you could try Bront's method.

I had the same issue, until I unlocked the modules that came with resistance pack.

Awwww.... that's too bad. If you had waited a little longer, they got unlocked for free. Too bad for me really. I used 15,000 GXP to unlock radar derp before I got the mod. I wish I still had it so that I could unlock something else with it now.
