Who we are
We are a group of players from multiple backgrounds and geographic locations who have the drive, ability and experience in Mechwarrior Online’s competitive scene. Throughout our MWO experience, we have had the pleasure of participating in competitive matches as well as playing with and against the best players that this game has to offer. While many others find pleasure within the many facets of this complex game, we believe that the best pleasure is to be had from winning. We are players with many different and complementing strengths, though our greatest asset is our adaptability to the ever shifting metagame.
Our Mission Statement
We exist to compete at the highest levels possible- be it in official tournaments or player run leagues. Anything less is unacceptable. We are dedicated to prepare ourselves as a team in the best way possible to meet these challenges - to adopt winning strategies, decks and preparations for any obstacles threatening our goals.
Where we are at
We are a team of experienced competitive players aiming to reach Tier 1. We do have several roles to fill to complete our ultimate dropdeck, though in the interim we have been running some class cross-training to fill the gap and build even more on top of our existing skill pool. We run practices 5 nights a week (Sun-Thu 2130 hrs Eastern US) as well as regular scrims against other teams.
Our Structure
We do not practice a top down leadership style. Everyone’s input is welcome, valued and required. We wish to fully focus on extracting the maximum performance out of the team, and politics as well as rivalries just add too much drama and only serve to distract us from our goals.
During matches however, the nominated drop-caller will have the full support and response of the team. Information may be relayed freely and suggestions offered, but the decisions and team orders are the drop-caller’s prerogative and responsibility.
Anyone with new ideas should always feel obliged to share them. Having an open and honest discussion about anything fosters better communication, trust and esprit de corps, the magic x-factor all successful teams have.
