Purchased Two Instances Of Mc, Did Not Receive (Want Chinese Lanterns)

Hello, I have recently purchased two instances of 1250 MC (the latter in order to hopefully get MC before deadline of Chinese Lanterns), neither of which have come to the account.

Payment went through, a box saying that the purchase was successful appears, nothing shows on account activity.

I've emailed support and tweeted to Russ, but Chinese Lanterns stop selling out by the 22nd at 10 AM PST and Support is only on weekdays.

I was wondering if there was any other action I could take or if anybody else was having this issue?

The same thing happened to me on Saturday. I purchased 1,250 Mech credits for $6.95 to buy the Comstar Warhorn, which was on sale for 325 MCs. The transaction went through via Paypal and I have the receipt, but the 1,250 mech credits never arrived. I submitted a support ticket, but no answer, two days in. The sale is now over, so I missed the warhorn because of this glitch. Can PGI fix?
