As I see it - we MUST help our allies with any available force. It is the matter of honor.

HK's loyalist units are throwing everything at Luthien, and luckily the Davion forces that were skrimming on our southern border pulled off, maybe pitching in to help as well judging by the sheer number of defenders we see in queue. It's been a blast so far tonight, and the Battle for Luthien is far from over

Dissent is usually voiced the loudest, and content players often don't go out of their way read or post on the forums at all. If Davion High Command had not ordered it, I doubt we would have helped, but the clans are a larger threat. I am ashamed to admit we even defended Luthien. I would have cheerfully watched the snakes burn.

Remember, we still are allied with Kurita, and via the nSL with House Davion, our position in this has to be neutral and is neutral. I ask you to respect that.

I am happy to have provided my services and those of the 228th IBR mercenaries who dropped with me to aid in the defense of Luthien.

I would very much love to see a complete battle report form PGI ... how many MechWarriors from how many factions and units contributed to the defense? How many matches were played? At one point, I know there were more than eight IS strike teams defending and five CSJ strike teams attacking.

Congrats to [NS] on the recognition of your dedication to defense of your capital.
