I see the Zeus in the Resitance Pack, but I have yet to see one on the field. Did no one buy this pack, if so why?
Or do the mechs become available at a later date? PLMK.

Your Zeus is suffering from temporary delays. Blame the Hunchbacks.

They are busy making sure the low mounted missile and ac hard points are low enough to be largely useless and that the huge side torsos are combined with poor torso twist to ensure that it can be quickly and easily focused down from almost any angle.

Making a complete DOA mech isn't easy. It takes time and testing to craft a full on QuickDraw class potato like the Zeus will be. You've got to give it time.
