Clan Auto Cannons - Possible Fix

This is only My Opinion
How to fix clan auto cannons (Not LBX) - have them work like the C-PPC, as most of you know the C-PPC does 15 damage 10 pin point and 5 split between the adjacent components doing a total of 15 damage. Do the same for the clan auto cannons. PGI could also give a quirk to Clan Mechs that are a little lack luster (Summoner) to have their damage be all pin point. I believe we could see less clan laser boats with this kind of change.
***Examples***
AC 20 = 15 pin 5 split
AC 10 = 7.5 pin 2.5 split
AC 5 = 3.75 pin 1.25 split
AC 2 = 1.5 pin .5 split
The numbers above could/would be change to fit PGI’s balancing.
The current system (Multiple slugs) for the Clan auto cannons is just not working and the reason you do not see many of them on the battle field – IMO

Ballistics being adjusted on a per chassis bassis when quirks are implemented to the clan chassis.
It might not be what some want, but I'm pretty sure it is going to be the plan.
If you want to blame anything, blame the Dire Wolf. The Dire Wolf is why Clan players can't have nice things.

Keep LBX on both buckshot
Have UAC fire two half damage slugs per trigger pull (i.e. UAC20 would fire two slugs that do 10 damage each per salvo, UAC10 2x5 UAC5 2X2.5)

2 slugs for both IS and Clan ultra's and single slug for AC's? Sounds fair. (with the exception of 6 ac5 dwf's... 30 pinpoint at ac5 r.o.f. ? Yuck) Fyi.. alot of IS ultra 5 users would complain ALOT.. fyi.

Speed up the Clan UAC shells to AC 2 speeds, and shorten the burst time (i.e. the shells get out faster). Clan AC's and IS AC's should also fire multiple rounds (PGI is eventually going to do this anyway), but should be 1 less round than UAC's.

The burst length is fine, the UAC/20 lasts for only 0.68 seconds (less than a Clan SPL!).

The burst length would be minimally fine only if they compensated for DPS in cooldown. Right now, when firing single stream instead of ultra mode, they possess lower DPS than their IS regular AC counterpart.
Despite playing IS 99% for roleplay reason, I still think they need 2-shot stream if not single-slug for LBX solid shot and ultra instead of a burst of 2 to 5 rounds.
