Greetings,

From in-game to back to the MechLab the screen size may need to change, different going the other way.
- It may require you be logged in as an Admin to allow that change.?

Is this the only game it does it on?
Is it a new issue?
Or since installing the game?
Is the game running at a different resolution from the desktop?
Updated C++, updated Net Framework?

(a little bit more info, Dx9? Dx11? 32bit or 64bit game? Have you run the 'repair tool' to see if there is/are any corrupted files? What does the 'windows Event Manager' say happened at the crash?)

PGI is slowly changing the locations of files and settings to 'comply' with Microsoft requirements so having Admin rights is no longer required for any part of this game.

Have you submitted a support ticket?

Greetings,

Read this post from Alex (PGI) about fixing crash's at log on.

http://mwomercs.com/...arch-3rd-patch/

There is an issue in the current build that causes client crashes when running DirectX 9.
This issue occurs when the client switches resolution.
This issue often occurs when you engage ALT+ENTER or ALT+TAB during a load screen.
This issue occurs most often when transitioning from the log-in screen to the Home screen.

You can circumvent the crashes by running in DirectX 11.
You can minimize the crashes by running in Windowed or Full Windowed modes.
You can minimize the crashes by not engaging ALT+ENTER or ALT+TAB during a load screen.

A fix for these issues is currently in testing.

Hot fix for this issue is coming tomorrow morning at 10AM PST.

See if the Hot Fix resolves your problem, that's on Fridays quick patch.
