How could you still be an FRR contact point while wearing a test tube faction tag? Until you come to your senses and return to the fold you should probably... GET. OFF. OUR. LAWN.

Have you been completely ignorant as to the goings on in the FRR? Damon Howe has held (and as far as I'm aware continues to hold) high positions in FRR council and is at the very least a very well-respected FRR loyalist. Just because he and anybody in his unit wants to fulfill some other contracts and receive rewards that FRR cannot offer does not mean he has turned his back on us.

No one should represent the FRR while flying the colors of another faction. If someone takes a temp contract elsewhere they should be on hiatus from FRR duties. When that person returns they should resume their FRR duties.

To our opponents in FRR.
At this time, we offer you and your pilots the chance to join Clan Smoke Jaguar.
Strike your banners, and join with us.
With us you will find glory and remembrance.
Without us, you will find only the cold of the grave and be forgotten.

Not if we have something to say about it.

As one of the contacts for the FRR, a few things:
1) How does striking our banner for yours aid us? Not in the RP/metaphorical sense, but in the numbers/money sense?
2) Many remaining FRR are under perm contracts that would require a lot of c-bills to break. How would this be compensated?
3) Are you (you inparticular) in any way, shape or form capable of negotiating such 'options', either as a leader of a large organization or someone with a ridiculous amount of C-bills? If not you, are there others who would have such authority making these remarks? (edit: I see that you are not btw, so the whole thing is moot, but I digress, lets continue for the sake of amusement)

Should this be 'serious negotiations', the FRR would be expected to be extremely well compensated.
1) The FRR would have at least 1 representative on your highest council.
2) We'd demand every broken contract be compensated in full, as well as 25 million c-bills per member so they may start their first clan mech - now the coffers don't allow us to allocate funds for the moment, but that will change eventually and we'd like to take advantage as soon as it does. After all, FRR members running around with at least one outfitted clan mech would be to your benefit, not ours.
3) Any FRR unit that switches would still be allowed to integrate and proudly display their heritage on their Smoke Jaguar uniform, and the Jaguars will treat said integration with the respect it deserves.

This is just a start of our terms, but if negotiations are to be made they have to be started somewhere, quiaff?

Speak for yourself Damon, the one who bears a jade tag now.You and your group are nothing but filthy mercs who will turn thier tails at any form of money. We are the FRR and none that are under permanate contract to the FRR wont even give this offer a second thought. The only reason any clanner would offer such a deal is tired of getting their buts handed too them. So go back and tell all your clanner pals we, the FRR wish for death. It is our goal in life too die and go too Valhalla. FIGHT WITH VALOR,DIE WITH HONOR.

Damon is a merc not a FRR member and should not be on any FRR council. He wants too sit on council tell him too put his money and not clanner filth bills and put on a permanate FRR contract, otherwise i take no orders from merc filth.

All sound like options, and there are still more options to consider.
Would the designated diplomatic contact for FRR forces be open for dialogue?

You weak lingering ******** fail to understand that Rasalgue only speaks and respect force - as true Nordic warriors should. Face us and die or get off FRR space, there is no other negations or terms to be discussed here.

P.S. You are unworthy to bare legacy of Kerensky.

Oh buddy, how does it come that you Clanners just don't get us.
We would rather join Liao before we join any clan, and the chances of us joining Liao are plenty slim.

We do not just fight for the FRR, we are not just about our planets, our fight is Inner Sphere vs. Clans, and we are the first line of defense against you space fascists. We are just where we want to be.

If you ended up with the Confederation, you would be at least amidst understanding friends, versus alien freaks of science who wish only to obliterate the very heart of what it means to be of Rasalhague.

However, removing the FRR is apparently much like attempting to get the last bit of a stump- the roots run too deep to remove them short of blowing the entire thing up. You will find nothing but ill luck trying and quite hopefully, multiple hernias, a slipped disc, and a need for extensive back surgery. I look forward to the continuing suffering of the Clans.

The Smoke Jaguar Clan began the Crusader philosophy and was one of the four original Clans to take part in Operation Revival, the Clans' attempted conquest of the Inner Sphere. However they were defeated at the pivotal Battle of Tukayyid and later Annihilated by the reborn Star League during Operation Bulldog and Operation Serpent

I think the OP senses something ominous coming. While we may merge with the bears in 80 or so years the jags are soon to be the SMOKED jaguars.

If Smoke Jaguar is doing a comedy routine, they must be doing the Kerensky version of the Aristocrats from the sound of the original vatspawn's offer. Eww.

this is funny because smoke jaguars get wiped out in 3060. http://www.sarna.net...an_Smoke_Jaguar

And the FRR helps!
Not that the lore had the Smokies invading our turf, but the Kungsarme was glad to supply units to the counter-invasion, and take out our anger on any clan we could.
"Smoke who? If they're clanners, we'll kill them. Ya sure, you betcha!"
