I finally got a chance to scan one of my pictures. I finished this in about 45 minutes as finals were winding down last week. I went with the iconic Clan Omnimech, the Timber Wolf.



I tried to make it a little more modernized, which might be blasphemous, so I'll put try to put up some more conventional designs. The legs are pretty similar to the ones one the MWO model. The hips are more similar to an Abrams tank's hull. I used an Apache for the lower half of the torso, and I replaced the clear canopy with armor and a sensor array for more protection. There are also smoke grenade launchers to provide concealment. There are reactive armor plates on the arms and the lasers are similar to those on Navy ships. The missile racks are actually rockets from an M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System which would be more similar to SRMs than actual missiles. There's also an open hatch on the top and a ladder along the torso's left side.

Yeah, me too.That's why I don't do them. I try to draw my mechs as big on the paper as I can, so that there is little space to fill with terrain.
