Double heat sinks should be double nothing else. That double heat sinks are 1.4 is only confusing...

Up until 18 DHS, yes, on a 250 engined robot.

Buffed 2.0s make up for gimped 1.4s. 10 Buffed 2.0s are actually 11.5 DHS worth of dissipation.


Sadly, robots like the Urbie, Cute Fox and Myth Lynx, with their 7 TrueDubs and 3 PoorDubs require 12 DHS to match the dissipation of a 250 rated robot. They lose a full 2.0 Heatsink because of MWOs rules. Sad little Gundams.

No they are not.
when mastere,d engine internals are more than doublehetasinks, so paise emchs that can fit 10 in their engines, the others, bad luck.
and mechs with many man dhs's suddnely slip below that true dubs feature

the reaosn for this is 60 heat treshold, try to 6 PPC stalker with only 30. wouldn't work. would explode.

That's right lil, that's why I said chain fire, not Alpha Strike. DHS of 2 would lead to quicker dispersal of heat so you could fire longer, and have a higher sustained DPS.
