Seems to me that the environment is having a MUCH bigger affect on mech heat than before. Anyone else noticing things -- specially with energy weapons?

As a laservomit user, no, I haven't noticed any difference. I use a nova w12x ER Smalls and a Timber with 2x LPL 4x ERM.
If there was a change, I'd be feeling it right about now.
