Well I really really like the animated on kill urbie trashcan. Other things that do something special on kill would be neat as well.

That being said - it would be soooooo much more awesome to have a little plaque of some sort that displayed your unit tag. Maybe a hunk of metal that looked like it was blown off armor from a battlefield kill, with the name lasered onto it?

Bonus points if the letters lit up when you got a kill!

-- I'd also pay a bit to be able to customize what my monitors did as well, would be really sweet to have a few options to move all/most of the hud stuff down to them - and it would jack up the immersion levels.

-- Lastly and I know this is asking for the near ridiculous, but we've been asking since closed beta.... please let us change our pants colors. (even if its just using paints we already purchased)

love the sidearm ideas.

Maybe a little extra console that plays an animation on it's screen when you kill someone, maybe a random animation from like a set of animations. Like c-bill signs scrolling across the screen . or "kill confirmed"

Start with a mechwarrior dressed in the more canon Battletech mechwarrior garb, Coolant Vest, Spandex Trunks, Plasteel Boots, big clunky neurohelmet, and little else.

Later, faction specific stuff would be good.

Blaster pistol like this. standing item. Either in a carbon fiber holster or not

Hanging item. a futuristic Swiss army knife or utility tool like this. with an MWO logo on it. More open showing tools the better

My only idea would be a warhorn that looks like a digital cross hair/sonor scope like this: After a kill a robotic type voice says "Kill confirmed". or a jet fly by with an explosion?
