It would be pointless to bring in the 0X for any other reason (if it had no ECM).
Let's hope that weapon slot sits VERY high too!

the 0X had an EWE in TT it was like a BAP and ECM in one but less range i think

Indeed. The EWE is more primitive than the current ECM & BAP, and weights a lot more. I suppose in MWO it will be replaced by the two equipment pieces, with the extra tons moved to armor or heat sinks...

It looks like Russ really wants a heavy ECM... (it's a shame it isn't one of the Black Knights, though...)

Been running 55Ton x4 in my CW deck for sometime.
Been considering on making better use of that last 85Tons...
Hmmmm..... ECM CTF will probably get when it is up for Cbills since it is a Capellan original anyway.

the AC/5 is RT, so you're looking at probably 2 ballistic slots there.

LA has 1xML, so probably 1E slot there

RA has 1xPPC and 1xML, so 2-3 E slots probably.

ECM in LT.

It's an ECM heavy, but likely to underwhelm. No Jumpjets, low slung energy mounts make weapons a problem. It's a phract, so not really XL safe, meaning speed and payload are going to be issues. Off the top of my head I think probably something like 250-260STD, Gauss, 2xPPC or 2xERLL? Not at home right now, so maybe something more when I can tinker.

There's a reason you don't see many phracts these days, and just adding ECM isn't going to change that much I don't think.

It was Experimental equipment that was developed before the HELM memory core. It weighed 7.5 Tons, had a range of 90 meters and was a combine BAP and ECM. So, I see the -0X as a -1X with ECM hardpoint in the left torso instead of an Energy Hardpoint. AMS hardpoint in the left torso. Maybe 2 AMS hardpoints.
Std 280 engine, AC/5, PPC, MLx2, ECM, BAP, AMS, SHSx7. 11 Tons Armor.

well considering the black knight with ecm is a NT variant and those weren't released till darkages or pre-dark age era
