I have at least 1 mech of each weight class except for assault and I'd like to figure out which one I should get. I already have a locust, 2 wolverines (6R with dual AC2 and 7K with dual SRM6, 1 ERLLas and a LPLas), and the 3 dragons from the mastery bundle(I've only really used Flame so far). I've been using Flame with a gauss rifle and 4x MPLas and it's been doing fairly good, but I'd like to have an assault that isn't using gauss as well.

I considered getting a Warhawk but decided to get it later whenever I start trying to get clan mechs. The battlemaster and Banshee also look like good choices, but the Highlander just has a certain allure to it.

I know that performance is more important but if I didn't like how my mech looked then why would I want to pilot it?

As a little side question, could you actually do more than like 2 damage by landing on another mech? My wolverine did hardly any when using JJ to bounce on the testing grounds mechs.

HGN-733C(C)

Downgrade the LPL:s to MPL:s like this if you want to use a STD-engine.
