I haven't chosen a faction yet, was waiting to see what the event was. Seems like a good time to see what units/teams/factions have population and which ones are looking for some help through the weekend.

players something like this:

active time: 5-1 AM CST
ign: sycocys

units looking post:

unit name/faction
active time
about how many players you can pick up consistently

Lets get some players hooked up with teams to make the drops smooth.

Diamond Shiver (DSx) of Jade Falcon has ~100 members. At any given time, we have between 2-8 members in drops, during our peak time (evenings EST) we usually have around 6-15 (I expect these numbers to be higher during the event though). We are a developmental unit with strong drop commanders some of whom have have played competitively in various MW leagues since 1998. We are always looking for new members and allies (regardless of experience level) who share our values of grace, honor, and nobility.

If interested, please review our CoC on TS under Common Links and sign up on our website.

How about instead of trying to recruit people directly to your units you post some info on how they can meet up with your team and drop as filler to get to know your team and play style? Let them choose based on that if they want to be a part of your units or not.

Also a lot of players don't want anything to do with being a part of units, but would be more than willing to join up in teams for matches during events. Those are the players units and teams that don't field full 12's should be looking to pick up and get them involved.

pretty dang sure I listed the best ways to post your info in the first post, and none of the suggestions was to link to your units website - especially toss up a link without any of the pertinent info for players looking for teams.
