Would stop all these back-seat gamers telling others how to play after they die :P

You have the ability to turn off VOIP, and to mute people.
However, chances are if you're getting comments like that, it's pretty obvious what needs improving. I rarely see people criticize others gameplay after death unless it's really, really bad.

I agree! People's attitudes and their assumed rights to tell others how to play often sucks.
Edit:I don't feel that turning off VOIP is necessary, mostly it's a good experience and also it's hard to mute someone in the middle of an engagement.
