Honoring Our Heroes - Veterans of Tukayyid -


We recognize the tremendous sacrifices that the FWLM have made for peace across the Inner Sphere. Today we honor all those that fought in the climactic battle for Tukayyid under the banner of the Free Worlds League. The top 25 units representing the FWL are listed below.


Loyalist Units and Mercs


313th Czechoslovak Mech Company (313T)



An elite unit dedicated to serving our Captain-General Thomas Marik with honor and distinction. Speaking mostly Slovak and Czech they pay tribute to the WW2 era 313th Czechoslovak Fighter Squadron by fighting valiantly for freedom. Loyal allies of Marik they are currently on an Inner Sphere Faction tour.





4th Regulan Hussars To the Knife (TTK)


A mainstay of FWLM defenses the 4th Regulan Hussars are the famed military force of the Principality of Regulus. Hardened veterans of countless battles the Hussars stand as a wall in the struggle against the many enemies of freedom.





Seraphim Regiment (SRPH)



A profane free unit dedicated to establishing a safe place for mechwarriors to engage at a level that matches their desire. They offer a decentralized form of command empowering company Captains to shape their destiny while under the watchful protection of the Seraphim umbrella.





Marik Gunfighter Alliance (MGA)



A large alliance of Mechwarriors offering quality, skilled pilots to quickly fill in the gaps within the FWLM. No binding contracts gives this unit complete freedom to provide as much support as needed. Unquestionable loyalty to the League enables MGA to be forever ready to saddle up and take the fight to victory.




Lord Marik's Associated Officers (LMAO)

The black sheep of the League include this expanding tight-knit group. Fighting seemingly for the fun of it LMAO are best known for their sense of humor. Efficient and laden with profanity they know how to win with no seriousness, all the while having a great time.





Roaming Orbital Armors Regiment (ROAR)

An enigmatic unit supporting the FWL. One of their aces, masCH, recently scored first place in the catapult category of founder’s tournament on Solaris.





1st Free Worlds Guards - Eagles (1FWG)



The long and illustrious history of the 1st Free Worlds Guards is evident in their skill and prowess in battle. Considered one the FWLM’s premier units the 1FWG lived up to their reputation in the defense of Tukayyid.





PUGS United (PUGS)



Formed from the senseless horror of the PUG wars this Marik affiliated unit has bravely worn the purple in defense of the League. They are dedicated to saving others from the mindless slaughter by spreading the principles of organized team warfare.





Black Widows (-BW-)



The Black Widows are known for unorthodox tactics that spread chaos in the enemy ranks. Versatility is their strength as their pilots are specifically trained for familiarity across many mechs and roles. Able to react to any situation the Black Widows strive for a high standard of performance.





Tercio Viejo de Loeches (TVL)



The old veterans of the Spanish Third are a Hispanic FWLM unit of battalion size. Able to effectively field a company of mechs at a given notice Tercio actively patrols the Duchy of Tamarind along the border with the Lyran Commonwealth.





Paragon Sect (-PS-)



A newer addition to the FWLM this loyalist unit has quickly earned a name for itself against the clan invasion. The one and only Paragon Sect execute the core directives of the Captain-General.




Marik Republican Roughriders (MRR)




Modeled after the Terran 1st US Volunteer Cavalry established by Theodore Roosevelt the MRR embodies the principles of freedom and the strenuous life. Recognized by their trademark red, white and blue colors the MRR are ready as defenders of the free.




Eagle's Claw (ECMM)



The 9th Marik Militia - Eagle’s Claw are a unit of German speaking pilots. The Marik Militia are dedicated to serving and protecting the people of the League forming the bedrock of the FWLM.





256th Bear Cavalry (256)



Founded by Mr. Bear this unit has gone on to serve the FWL with distinction. Primarily oceanic time-based the 256th actively patrol the borders of the League on Friday and Saturday nights.

Affiliated Mercs


Blackthornes Dragoons (BTD)



Under contract with the FWL the Blackthornes committed an armored battalion to defend Tukayyid. Quickly establishing a staging ground in the Marik sector at Tukayyid the Blackthornes were tasked with anchoring the fortifications defending Port Racice. Clan invaders poured in from the marshes but only after all other allied forces had been evacuated did the Blackthornes withdraw from the ruined spaceport in that river city. Fighting alongside the Dragoons, I congratulate BTD for a job well done.





Marine-Mechs (MM)



A panel-run private mercenary company dedicated to smashing mechs, earning C-bills and having fun. A reputation for tenacity and success has followed the unit as they assist in the battle against the overwhelming surges of the clans.





The Beer Warriors (BEER)



Going into battle drunk on the finest Raselhagian mead the Beer Warriors are a loose association of cicerones fighting for the Inner Sphere. Currently on tour with the Draconis Combine they can usually be found at the local watering hole.





Eclipse Mercenary Corps (EMC)



Skilled pilots make up the core of the Eclipse Mercenary Corps. Not dedicated to the Inner Sphere, EMC will often take short term contracts and swap sides for the highest rewards.





Phoenix Company (PC)



The Phoenix Company are a mid-sized mercenary unit that cater to all levels of skill. Willing to take contracts with all sides the famed Fire Battalion are known as formidable opponents.





Ultima Ratio (UR)



The last resort for the people of Trell are Ultima Ratio. Located near the periphery the people of Trell 1 are long time members of the Lyran Commonwealth. Lying directly in the Clan Jade Falcon corridor a hardened group of Russian speaking mercenaries have banded together in an alliance to save their home planet.





BLUE TEAM (BLU)

Led by aces Vinhasa and Sharkomodo the Blue Team are busy eliminating red targets across the known galaxy.





IS RUSTBUCKETS CORPS (ISRC)

An Australian unit the ISRC are able to effectively field up to a company of mechs. As mercenaries they travel across the Inner Sphere selling their services to the highest bidder.





- Wolf Dragoner - (WD’)



The German faction of the Wolf’s Dragoons these first-class mercenaries specialize in military, security and exploration. Coming out of a long exile they look forward to the glorious times ahead.






Hackworth's Rangers (HACK)

An Inner Sphere based mercenary unit Hackworth’s Rangers like to help the underdogs but will go to where fame and fortune awaits.
