Right now we're exploring options to help bolster the game experience for the active players we still have left. We have several directions we're looking, but one of the topics open for discussion is to create a cooperative association of units who operate under their own unit tags and beholden to their own officers, but who share Teamspeak space and coordinate contracts to ensure faction synchronization, and coordinate drops.

The important thing here is that if we went this direction, it would need to be a cultural fit. That is to say, personality and some modicum of maturity needs to be in place. We'd want the others we play with to be low-drama, friendly, and relatively laid back. There has to be a place and drive for some competitive play since we have 4-6 players who regularly do CW and participate in tournaments, but we also need a place for casual play too for our players who just like doing public matches.

Are there other units in the same situation and dealing with the same issues with player participation who might be willing to talk about some sort of affiliation/cooperative agreement?

As you are part of FRR you may wish to visit FRR hub. Ts address: FRRTS3.TK:9725 Password: Dragon

FRR hub is home for many active FRR units and I'm sure you can find players to drop with there.
