To Any PGI Staff reading this.
First off, well done for bringing one of my favourite table top games to the PC. I know that you guys are probably very busy.
However, kindly take the time to read through an email that you are replying to in order to put it in context.
When I first encountered the above problem, one of the first things I did was to restart my client to see if it solves the problem before sending an email to support. The email reply that I got back asked me to restart my client to see if that solves the problem.
I then went on to the 2nd and 3rd items in my first post to see if it solves the problem (it didn't). As a follow up email to support, I mentioned all 3 things that I did in an attempt to solve the problem.
I just received a reply from support asking me to try using the patching tool............. when I already mentioned (and that was reflected in support's email reply) that that didn't work..........

Hi Scott,
Hmm that's really weird as you shouldn't have any issues with this. Can you also try running the Repair Tool to see if there's perhaps any mismatched files that can be causing this issue? It can be found on the Patcher, under the Options menu (Pictured as a Cog beside the Close/Minimize buttons)

Yes I tried that. I also tried using the repair tool and asking a friend to use my account to try. All were unsuccessful.

Hi Scott,
Sorry did you get my message before about this? I was curious if you had tried again to purchase this pack as usually issues like these can be resolved with a client reboot.
