Excuse me if this is not the right place for this kind of post or if this topic was already addressed, but I was wondering if there's a way to change your pilot's name, besides creating a new account.

If it's simply a case of wrong capitalisation of your name (sleipnir instead of SleipNir) or whatever, there's a dev post somewhere on the forums to get it fixed, can't find it atm.

As for a new name altogether, no - you'll need to create a new account.

I haven't noticed anyway of changing your name but it would be good if we got to change it

Thanks guys, however, if you create a new account, can you move your founders pack tied to your previous account to the new account?

maybe you can do it through customer service but thats just a guess. there's no easy way to transfer account status.

I'm trying to find that thread to change my name from ocho to Ocho and just can't find it.

I've done some digging and it seems that the thread was deleted a while back. It might be better just to PM a dev - I pm'd Garth before and got a link to the thread, but they might just straight up fix it if you pm them now.

P.S. Don't quote me, I just imagine they probably would.

Dont get too worried tho mate, i dont think ur forum name will be the same as ur in game pilot name

think the changing Caps in name ended at the end of last month. and would guess with founders being linked to the fourm accounts that they are the same things you use for the game. also one of the big draws to making an account early was to reserve your pilot name for the game.

F2P games normally charge for change names since it is usually just cosmetic
