I started playing mechwarrior in December 2012. I still remember the first mech I bought. It was a Jagermech. Pity I never numbered my mechs as I bought them! Can you remember the first mech you bought?

Raven 4X, then I shoved AC20 in it and sometimes he joins the fights with my friend with his 4X with AC20 - other light pilots curse us up till these days.

Two years ago, an Awesome. Based on how solid those guys are in tabletop BattleTech. Big mistake. Scraped together the C-bills for a Jenner and slowly started upgrading and Mastering that chassis. Great fun, still one of my favorite mechs. Though I did get back to those Awesomes and made them work. I'm stubborn like that.

I sold it because it was a piece of crap in the closed/open beta (forgot when I got it).

Yep. My Catapult. Removed two medium lasers, put on an ER Heavy Laser for sniping as well as LRM barrages, 2 medium lasers for defense, and a green black striped pattern base for coloration. Yes it still kills other Mechs.

Well, I only started a few months back, so I remember. It was the CDA-3C. I figured at the time that it'd be a good mech for a novice. I forget the exact train of thought which led me to that conclusion ... but talk about hard mode, LOL.

In TT, these ones, somewhere around 1992. (I was saddened to find that the Locust doesn't really look like this in MWO.)
