LEFT ARM 2 Missile
LEFT TORSO 1 AMS
CENTER TORSO 2 Missile
RIGHT ARM 2 Missile

hahaha
afaik a jenner can have 13 free tons with a decent engine, it means she can pack 6 c-srm-6 (9 tons) and have 4 tons of ammo to them

it's like a mini splatdog except tiny and moving like 140 kmh

It's a good thing PGI gave it an extra missile hardpoint. I was worried the Jenner IIC would be DOA. :D

And then they didn't give any extra hardpoints to the HGN IIC. Looks like Highlander is going to be hardmode for the Clanners too.

Actually they gave Jenny IIC-1 three extra hardpoints, aka doubled from stock.

unless there's some negative quirks, I can't see why anyone would drive an oxide once this thing hits.

Then again, these will be supposedly be hitting after we get the complete balance overhaul, so it might be OK.

I'm trying my level best to stay non-negative about the immense powercreep (more like a mad dash than a creep) that the IIc 'mechs will be unless implemented very, very carefully.

IS customization with Clan equipment? Can anyone say "best of both worlds"?

While I'm right with you on the number of hardpoints this thing is gonna be a beast as an attacking force, did anyone else see the 134 armour. Yep this things as indestructible as a mist lynx. So yeah huge weapons capacity, but if it gets breathed on its toast. Gonna be funny 😀

That's just stock armor. With an engine size reduction (needed to fit more ammo anyways) and removing a few JJs if needed, you can fit full armor like an IS Jenny.

The Stock loadout is 134 armor.

I'm not surprised.

At least it can equal the Huggins 2 SRM4s DPS with 6 of them, and even mount the same amount of armour.

So did the Loki, but can adjust the armour.

If we can't...half these robots are dead. Half armour stock for Jenner and Hunch.

I'd rather alpha 4x ASRM 4s at half weight and run off, than have to stand there DPSing with 2x ASRM 4s.

The Jenner IIC might just obsolete every IS Light mech.

Well, the Firestarter will still probably be more durable due to having a humanoid upper body with shield arms rather than a jutting USS-Enterprise CT. That's really about it though.

I think you missed the /sarcasm tags. :P (There aren't, but it's all implied.)

At this point, the Oxide getting a buff still means it's going to be inferior unless there's some magic that I'm missing.

This is really going to happen?

After they promised us it wouldn't?

You vastly under-estimate the power of a mech with SIX Clan energy hardpoints mounted at cockpit level.

The Jenner was always preferred because it was the king of poking and had an optimal engine.

This is the same platform, with a bigger engine potential, can run FF (20%!) & Endo at the same Crit slot as just IS Endo and only needs to come up with 2x slots per DHS. .

With Clan XL, removing the ST vulnerability on those Jenner STs that were mysteriously, out of nowhere, suddenly stretched to protect the CT more.

LOL, 72 dmg SplatJenner, more like 8 dmg loljenner, as 8/10 missiles fired misses, doesnt register as a hit, or hits some random module, spreading the 12 dmg you do get on target to every spot on the mech, up to and including portions of the mech you cant possibly hit from the given angle you fire from.

6 SPL. 4 ERSL and 2 ERMLAS. Or 6 MPL if you strip a tonne or so of armour and carry no additional heatsinks.

Goodbye, rear armour of everything ever. I may even feel guilty doing it

After sales are completely exhausted of it, I wonder if it will stay that way
