To encourage teamwork how about an event where by you are rewarded for the achievements of the team,
for every player on your team who gets a kill you get 1 point, if all 12 players get a kill you get an extra bonus, perhaps a special cockpit item or a 50% cbill earnings boost for that match.

so for example if someone on your team gets 12 kills everyone gets 1 point,
if 2 players each get 2 kills, 8 players get 1 and 2 get none the whole team gets 10 points,
if 6 of your team get 1 kill each and 1 gets 2 kills that is 7 points.each.
prizes at perhaps something along the lines of :
50 points - 1 day premium time
100 points - cbill consumables
200 points - 3 day premium time
400 points - the best prize - perhaps some colours, a Mech or a Module
600 points - 3,000,000 cbills
800 points - 5,000 GXP
1,000 points - cockpit item
2,000 points - 1,000 MC
note the above are only suggestions, based on prizes given for past events

To make this fair for CW I would suggest the requirement be 3 kills for a point, and the requirement for the bonus prize be all players get 4 kills.

As coordination is much more common in the group queue I would suggest allowing group queue matches to count towards the total but for them to be disqualified from the extra prize for everyone getting a kill

This would be interesting. It would definitely break up the "kill 'em all" mentality fostered by most of the events.
