Additional hits to a legged 'Mech will no longer slow it back down to 15km/h

Didn't know this was in MWO. :)

AC10 ammo up by a third and I no longer slow to (even worse of) a crawl when legged and taking fire?
My Urby thanks you so, so, much.

Oh, as another side note for PGI. If this patch turns out as good as it looks, and the 21st patch is nice, too, then you'll squeeze some money out of my wallet for the Origins IIC preorder.

Or you can cut straight to the cash in my wallet by fixing flamers in the next patch, or giving an update on their reengineering, with a timetable. Just saying . . .

FOR the next patch, plz look into PERFORMANCE issues when using THERMAL VISION

Frames drop 50%, pretty clean win7 install updated.

PS: Nice work in the last months, clanners are WHINERS.

These AC buffs for Clan and IS alike will likely see them used more often on the battlefield. I know I'll give AC10s a try again now that they are more ammo efficient.

Great patch!

WHOA, I can only handle so much good in one patch, this might be an overdose. Like seriously... AMAZING tweaks and changes all around.

But the Direstar! THE DIRESTAR?

Hmmm.... I wonder if a 6AC2 DireWhale will be viable, now that it's all front loaded. 2 non-ultra shots in .72 seconds (without cooldown modules) is 24 damage... hmmm.

Clan dakka looks insane.

Is that a good or bad reaction?

Along with Class 1 JJ fixes that is probably one of my favorite things about this patch :D

I don't know. Is it possible for there to be too much good in a single patch? Can... can you overdose on that sort of stuff?

interesting they modified both the c-AC and the c-UAC to fire less shells - i would have thought it'd be smarter to just give that benefit to the c-AC's only so there'd be a reason to use them over c-UACs now

if you'r not going to give c-ACs any kind of advantage over c-UACs then why even have them in the game?

also when they redo forest colony i hope they keep the map available for private matches - it's perfect for some of the low player count tourney matches (like 1v1)

They shouldn't be in game to begin with. They are just a placeholder for ammunition changeable ACs, though as we know they will never get implemented.

Personally, I just don't use them.

The basic Clan Autocannons were actually only supposed to be put in as placeholders over actual selectable fire modes for the LBX Autocannons. I don't think we're going to see the selectable fire (they've stated that the engine is extremely unfriendly towards the concept, and it'll require an obscene amount of work to implement), but honestly why use the basic autocannons, anyway? If you just hold the trigger on a UAC then it won't jam . . . it'll just function the same as a basic autocannon.

that i understand, and hence my post - c-ACs are there, give them their own 'quirk' over c-UACs so when a player decides to mount ballistics they genuinely have to think about which one would be better to mount

right now choosing a c-AC over the c-UAC is like not mounting ECM on your Kitfox or Hellbringer - you COULD go that route, but then people would look at you funny lol
